I go through phases with salmon, there are times I literally eat it everyday for a week then I skip it for weeks on end. It’s my go to food at restaurants if I’m eating out and want something more filling than lettuce! Or if all the vegetarian options are shit. In the U.K. it’s almost always Atlantic salmon in the fishmongers though if you have a few more pennies in your purse you can get line caught Alaskan salmon which I guess is what you call king salmon? Never eat the tinned stuff it just tastes funny and I’m not a fan. I’m glad to see I’m not the only one who just cooks it plain.

We went with Coho. 🙂 I paired it with stir-fry style veggies, which the kids LOVED. ? They actually didn’t mind the broccoli, carrots, bell peppers or onions… it was the asparagus- they’re not fans.
