Ah ha ha aha!!! Oh I have lost count too – I almost feel like everything in the kitchen I make is a slight fail, but hey, as long as I LIKE IT – that’s all that matters!

Aww, I know exactly what you mean. When you’re trying to cook allergy free (or just happen to be a little nutty) there are so many fails!! Let me warn you, don’t ever try to make sprouted mung bean and chickpea bread. That stank lingers for DAYS afterwards. Also, I’m pretty sure it is impossible to make a lemon meringue pie using only stevia as a sweetener and tapioca starch to thicken. The texture, the flavour, all horribly unappetizing despite how beautiful it actually looked and how pleased I was with the meringue part 🙁

OMG, I’m laughing so hard I am literally crying. You are one Hella funny chic. I have recipe fails ALL the time. I graduated culinary school and have worked in professional kitchens, yet I am still human! No one is perfect and sharing recipe fails is something I actually enjoy doing.. it helps other people not make the same mistakes. Plus it makes for good blog material. Like this one! ♡ I love foccacia too, but what’s no to love? Wishing you better luck in your next trial of gluten (and everything else) free foccacia baking! I don’t have a crock pot so I haven’t experienced that FAIL quite yet. LOL! And your peanut brittle sounds like me making white chocolate – BAH HA HA!!
