Wahh! I just got super sad Emma! Now I really really really want Christmas back – lol! I am a total DECEMBER HOLIDAY GIRL – all other holidays are silly in my mind, but Christmas (and Thanksgiving) – YES PELASE!

I completely make it up as I go along. I am useless when it comes to food themed holidays, often its only a few weeks to the big ones like Christmas and I have no festive idea what to make. I just wing it! As for St Patricks Day….nah. My Dad is Irish and I am a duel national Irish / British but we don’t celebrate it. It just gives me bad memories of horrible green Guinness being served in the pub!!! 🙁
