Yay yay yay- I just bought 4 bags of TJ’s Cauliflower Rice! Totally making this for lunch this week 🙂 And shockingly I have tamari on hand! It is similar to Yangchow (a Chinese food too) and it looks so tasty! Seems easy to prepare and will definitely try this on a weekend.
