OhMyGoodness!!! So here I was thinking it was all about the house, then I see THIS??? I am so freakin’ excited for you guys and can’t wait to follow along with all the fun! But besides that, I started freaking out about halfway through the video, because Landon was calling out that French name and Gv came running, thinking that someone was calling her — is that what your name really is??? Because we don’t know anyone else with that name and that would be just too cool!

We bought our first home nearly 12 years ago and a couple of years ago Hubby mentioned buying another. I so don’t want to go through that again. I love our home. I love our neighborhood and the kids will soon be leaving so this is it. It’s notsomuch the ordeal was well an ordeal but OMG it dragged on forever. Congrats on your new home! The new baby and looks like you and Landon are in for a great year!

Congratulations, GiGi! You got Landon big time! I love it. Wood flooring! My husband and I have bought multiple houses in multiple states over the last 15 years and I STILL DON’T KNOW WHAT ESCROW IS! When we bought the house we are in now the flooring was carpet everywhere, we did changed it soon as its easier to clean when its wood in high traffic areas like lounge, hallway and dining

Oh man moving is dreadful! My husband and I bought a house but our realtor was a gem and helped us through everything. My friend is a realtor so if we ever move, she’s definitely helping us lol. Congrats on everything! 🙂
