I totally buy ready made pastry and pie crusts all the time, I’m way too lazy to make that shit from scratch. I completely get your anger, the only time I argue with my other half is when he moans about something I made! Cheeky sod…lol

Graham Cracker Crust, if you made it yourself, yay. If you bought it pre-made in the store, wtf? I look at people with these things in their carts and think, you can’t be bothered to crush crackers? Then I see the same person also has pre-made pudding in their cart, and a can of Ready Whip, and I think, what are you going to say when you’re done? I assembled this myself? I mean, why don’t you buy an already-assembled pie? Normally, I’d feel the same way about a store-bought pie crust, but there happen to be some pretty good ones out there, and pie crust is an art. And it’s hard. And time consuming. There are alternatives, though. A shortbread crust is easy and delicious. Anyway, next time anyone argues with you about store-bought crusts, bring home some wheat, ask him to crush it into flour, bring home some milk, ask him to make you some butter … or better yet, suggest that he go work on a farm, so he can grow the wheat and raise the cow.

Ooooh, his birthday’s just about a week before mine – how fun! And you’re not going to believe this, but I actually STILL HAVE my favorite stuffed animal from when I was a kid (well, version #2, because I lost version #1 at a mall visiting my grandparents and THANK GOODNESS my parents were able to find a decent replacement two years later which allowed me to completely forget what version #1 looked like!) Off to watch the video…
