Well someone else who left a comment said they had an unpacked box for 21 years – and when they finally opened it …. There were MOLDY clothes in it!!!! So… That might motivate you to unpack that box – he he he!

Ah, ha, ha, ha! That video is hilarious! It brought back so many memories––thanks . . . My husband and I did this about 1 1/2 years ago and it feels like it was just yesterday. And yes, we still have a couple of boxes (of unidentified stuff) in one of the closets. One day I’ll have to check what’s in there. 😉

OMG THROW OUT THE BOXES NOW! Mold in the house = NOT ok!! My husband made me empty ALL the boxes the day after we moved in, however, mostly all of them were unpacked day of – so no risk of getting any moldly clothing here!

Oh no-please don’t throw out the Tupperware! I love real vintage Tupperware and go around to all the local thrift stores to try and find some. I thought your video was quite funny. We still have large cardboard boxes of unpacked clothes from 23 years ago. I recently went to unpack the clothes and found that some damp had gotten into the box and they had become all moldy. What have I learned about unpacking? DON’T WAIT 23 YEARS TO DO IT!!

Ah ha ha ha! My husband being a drill sergeant when we moved was a good thing because we got rid of all boxes DAY OF MOVE – hahaha! But I am so you, definitely a hoarder. He was cleaning out one of our drawers that I already managed to FILL – hahahahahahha! And he was throwing away all my stuff and I threw a 5 year old tantrum. hahahahahahaah!!!! But he’s a trooper 😉 And two seconds later I was hugging him, hahaha! We are weirdos.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS! Congrats on the move. I just moved 5 months ago with the help of movers. Thank God! I’m still unpacking boxes. LOL Your video reminded me of when my husband and I first moved in together. I was a hoarder and slob and he was a neat freak. Talk about clashing. Uggghhh. That was 15 years and 6 moves ago. Whew. My best advice for you is to PURGE, PURGE, PURGE. My husband still has clothes from college (mid to late ’90s) that he is holding on to. Yes, I’m going to miss your old kitchen set. UGH! GAH! I have been reading other comments and they all say the same thing, moving with kids = NIGHTMARE!!!! I REALLY hope you don’t have to move ever again! My husband was saying that he plans on us having 2 kids in our new place and then moving. Um, buddy….. What are you smoking? LOL! 😉 I remember when my parents and my siblings moved cross country… My mom went back to the house we were leaving (alone) and threw EVERYTHING out… I don’t remember what was there so… I don’t miss anything 😉 ha! I have a weird attachment to somethings, but if I can’t remember what they are then…. BUH BYE and I don’t care! haha!

Ha! That video was funny! I HAAAAAATE moving with such a passion. My husband and I have moved 5 times together, one of those being across the country. Our last move was done last summer, and dear God on high I hope it is the last move. We have 4 kids, which makes moving so much more impossible, because not only do you have your crap but you have all the kid’s crap too. I kept having to chuck some of their things when they weren’t looking to avoid meltdowns lol! Hope you guys are happy in your new place!
