I don’t eat salmon, but this roll sounds like a good combination. I have never had cauliflower rice either, and I would like to try this combo and sub in something in place of the salmon.

My daughter loves sushi! I’m more of a sashimi girl, but there’s a general consensus in our house that salmon is always good – breakfast, lunch or dinner! Can you have sushi for breakfast?

Very funny post and video! I am not a fan of sushi, but I don’t dislike it. I have never tried preparing sushi, as I know it is a very complicated thing to do and you need to have a lot of experience to prepare good sushi.

You can 100% make this sushi with cooked salmon! Or even chicken for that matter – or STEAK! Really you can sub in any protein you’d like!
