Wow coffee cake in Europe always had coffee in it, I think that’s why as a kid I always ordered the coffee and walnut cake because it made me feel grown up before I could actually stomach a cup of coffee. Still love the coffee and walnut cake mind you!!! I just now have it along with a double espresso, no wonder I am always so wired……… why would anyone put beef fat in a cake? I’m gonna have to read those American labels a little closer I think. Your cake sounds fab by the way and no trace of beef fat 😀

I absolutely love coffee cake. This is such an unusual version of it, but I think I would love, I can totally imagine the taste. I am keeping this idea!

Oh man, when I was a kid and could eat nuggets, you better believe I did!!!!! LOVE ME SOME NUGGETS. I think I used to eat the popcorn chicken from KFC but I can’t really remember – all the nuggets are a blur to me! LOL!

It is very interesting to read your post. Well, this is quite different from the other blog. I used to eat KFC when I was a kid. Nuggets are always on my list – a bucket of nuggets. Sometimes I ate chickens. However, I cannot stop myself eating nuggets. HAHA! But things change now. I eat more salad and fruit.
