I had chocolate avocado pudding in a vegan restaurant once and it was lovely. I’m yet to make it at home, but I would definitely be willing to give it a go. I have had avocado toast a few times at home but was never really blown away by it, I don’t think I would pay for it in a restaurant. Way better things to spend my money on!

I’ve definitely ordered avocado toast, but I can’t tell you what I paid for it. I mean, I’m a food blogger, so I’ve got way too much money to be paying attention to it. But it was good bread – you can’t underestimate good bread – and it had other stuff on it, too. Probably truffles and crème fraiche. And gold leaf. And it probably came with complementary diamonds.

This avocado pudding business, I’ve never had it, but I’ve heard of it before, and I’m not surprised if it’s good.
