You could certainly use coconut milk yogurt – the greek yogurt was purely a topping – we would have used it instead of sour cream (if we had it when we were making the recipe)… Personally, I don’t even need anything, the pumpkin, turkey and beans were enough for me! 🙂

I love comforting food recipes coming to winter season when the only thing on earth you want to do is to sit at the sofa with a cup of something warm and yummy. It is so great that this dish is filled with protein that burns slower than carbs and will keep you warm and satisfied for longer. I am definitely going to make it. I am thinking of omitting the greek yogurt, do you think there is anything I could use instead? Like coconut mil for example? What are your thoughts?
