Poke restaurants have not yet shown up down here in our neck of the woods, but on our mega-road trip this summer, we ate at a place in Washington D.C. and LOVED IT! Even our Gv gobbled up every single bit of goodness in her loaded-to-the-max bowl (we were like, “Can we just have everything that’s included?”)! You should totally open up a poke place out there!

I’ve never even heard of poke bowls, but this looks really delicious AND nutritious.
On a side note, poking on Facebook is incredibly stupid to me and annoying on the rare occasion that it occurs. Chicago and St. Louis are not poke-heavy communities.

True story: I had a poke bowl last night. 🙂
My mouth was ready and willing, I even took on some extras. I took sushi and poke in my mouth and the pleasure was amazing. Hey, it was my birthday. 🙂
