Fanny packs make me laugh, when I lived in London you could always spot the American tourist because they had them on. They were never really a thing over here but I can see their practical reason for being! Over all it definetly seems like you had a great trip and an experience of a lifetime.

I don’t mind fanny packs! Since I am a wearer of a running belt on many of my runs, I can’t criticizes FPs too much 😛

And YES I’m sad to see the Africa series coming to a close…I know you said this wasn’t one of your favorite trips, but would you consider visiting another area of Africa (Ethiopia or Morocco perhaps)?

When you do finally decide to go Bonnie, feel free to reach out. Africa can be kind of overwhelming considering how huge it is! But I can point you in the right direction! And you’re right — seeing them in their natural habitat is VASTLY different than the zoo!

That’s so cool that you documented this! I’ve never been to a safari and am not sure if I’ll ever get to, so it’s nice to be able to live vicariously through you! 😛

Fanny packs are so useful–I want them to be socially acceptable, haha. 😛

Best compliments I’ve received on my blog are the ones where I get comments/emails on how I’ve really helped someone through something I’ve written about (e.g. getting through pre-med/med school/residency, making healthier meals, etc.). <3!

Maybe you should think about staying and taking these to the big screen. People might pay 17 dollars to see this instead of some of the other dregs that are out there in the movie theater. As for greatest compliments on my blog, I don’t know. I like it when someone laughed a bit and learned something. That always makes me feel good. I’m not a big fanny pack fan but backpacks work for me when i am out and about. I have to admit I am curious as to what your last video in Africa is going to be.
