Not bananas – green bananas – so the unripe, unsweet version. My body’s issue is… Fructose :-/

Green Banana Flour, that sounds familiar but never had used it. I guess its very logical as these bananas contain a lot of starch when they are raw

I’m especially loving the memes in this entry. I think my cat thinks I’m crazy because I keep laughing for “no” reason. That bread sounds delicious! :]! (+ yes, I’ve heard of that banana flour but haven’t yet tried making anything with it yet! :O )

Green banana flour – I just want to specify because it’s vastly different from regular banana flour! 😉
And omg the bagel spice is the best thing ever! If you can some how get it over to you via Amazon or eBay – you MUST invest!!!

I have been desperate to try banana flour, I just need to get my hands on some. Same with that spice mix……. who where what? The UK is great for many things but completely rubbish for spice mixes, you still can’t get pumpkin pie spice mix here. Oh well this recipe sounds amazing!
