I ate a lot of croquettes on vacation in Spain a few months ago… they’re big on mushroom ones, but sweet potato sounds good to me too!

Those croquets certainly do sound delicious. And any country can create amazing and inspired food. Problem in the states is we don’t create the amazing food we eat here. We just import it. Ah America. 😉 .

I totally agree that American food is crap. I’ve never been to Africa, but all over Europe and South and Central America and a little bit of Asia, and it always hits me hard how much difference there is in the food. Real, fresh ingredients and meals prepared with much more of an emphasis on taste and experience than convenience.

In my home town we have a large Basque population, so I’m familiar with the Basque croquetas. They’re yummy too. I can’t wait to try this variety.

Oh American food is repulsive and you do NOT have to be scared to admit that. It’s utter GARBAGE!!!! I am repulsed by it and I can tell something funky is going on with it because I feel great over seas, then come back here and feel sick!

This sounds amazing and I am so lucky because I just got an air fryer. Now I can not wait to try this out. It really sounds like something my husband would love and I can even make extra to send over to my brother who I know would love it too!

These croquettes look so good, love me some sweet potatoes. I have visited America often, and being a veggie I have never struggled to find something to eat but I must admit the US does not have the best reputation for food in the U.K. we see a lot of your food especially the meat as hormone and additive filled. A lot of US food is banned over here for questionable ingredients. If I was a meat eater I don’t think I would eat American meat, dont Like the sound of weird hormone shots.
