A Totally Puréed Smoothie Battle

There are only a few things in life I would consider challenging.

  • Building an entire house, during the middle of winter, in Alaska, with one arm tied behind my back.
  • Going duck hunting with a blow dart while also blind folded.
  • Driving to Santa Monica, California from Hollywood, at 5:15pm.
  • Jumping out of a plane with a battery powdered hot plate and then asked to cook fried rice.
  • Holding a baby…

Sure… I may be coming clean to the fact that I may not actually have the super powers I once admitted to having… However… When it comes to creating a unique smoothie featuring NuZest Protein Powder so as to win over all of your votes…

I don’t even have to say ABRACADABRA for that one to happen!

Seriously… What do the peeps over at the blog Hurry Up The Food take me for? A contestant on the Worst Cooks In America?

I admit… My food photography totally blows worse than a broken leaf blower… But don’t you recall your mother ALWAYS TELLING YOU not to judge a book by it’s cover. I get it, my food is NOT a book… But still.

Pumpkin Turkey Chili

Exhibit A… BAH HA HA!

This competition is more about TASTE than anything else anyways… And also… When you think about it, all the food you shove into your trap winds up looking about as messy as a 10-car pile up on the freeway during a freak snowstorm… When it hits your stomach… SO REALLY… my food photos are just foreshadowing.

What I am also foreshadowing?

That I will win this “smoothie off” against Hurry Up The Food.

With my DUCK FACE on…?

So at this point, you all know that I was asked by HurryUpTheFood.com to essentially embarrass them in front of all of you… By creating a mouthwatering creation (they made one too, and you can check it out on their blogHowever, I doubt you’ll need to after you see my formulation) that can be made in literally thirty seconds… Thanks to the real PRO in the kitchenMy blender

Luckily for ALL OF YOU… We are not giving away this FABULOUS trip…

So tell me…

  • The obvious question: If you were challenged in a smoothie off… What would you throw in your blender?
  • What is your favorite recipe using cauliflower?
  • Have you ever won a trip to an “exotic” destination?
  • What’s CHALLENGING for you?
  • Are you a frequent reader of the blog HURRY UP THE FOOD?
  • What food do you think takes WAY TOO LONG TO COOK, thus you don’t make it all that often, or at all?

  1. Wow! This sounds awesome/totally crazy. Never tried cauliflower in a smoothie before. So excited about this!

    • It’s a MUST TRY for sure!!! It adopts any flavor and gives a nice THICK consistency! Who doesn’t like THICK? RIGHT?

  2. Alrighty…I’m printing the recipe and heading off to grab the ingredients so that I can try this ASAP! Thanks for a new idea! :)

    • YAY! I LOVEEEEEEE hearing that – seriously!! 😉
I guess that means you believe I should win this smoothie challenge, LOL!

  3. I always say that as long as food tastes good, that’s all that matters. Well, unless it looks really vile haha

  4. What’s a DNB? I’m pretty sure I declared your blender a HE btw, soooo maybe it’s got both parts? I think all food takes too long to cook…but I still make it. I want all food to be like America and ready NOW! Make me this smoothie when I come see you next.

    • It’s got both parts. BOTH….. While you’ve been gone… Changes occurred! LMFAO!
And DNB… Can you GUESS what it is… Ahem: Do Nothing Bitch! 😉

  5. OH and for my entry, I would call this smoothie pumpyflour. Because it sounds funny. Last thing I threw in my blender were a fuck ton of frozen berries that took forever to blend. Blendtec is dying on me.

  6. Food has to taste good in order to eat it. Well at least for me it does i know some people who will ea anything including cardboard.

  7. Damn Gigi. No wonder you’re so fit

    • I do eat clean and I have to say, I believe that my eating habits are definitely what keep me “on point”! 😉

  8. I love cauliflower. Especially roasted and covered in buffalo sauce. Or just by itself with salt! I just had an amazing cauliflower rice dish with a light curry that I am going to do a copycat recipe for. Those seem to be my jam recently!

    • Oh Roasted Cauliflower is the SHEEZE! My fiance made roasted cauliflower with olive oil and SAGE over the Christmas holiday and it was SOOOOOOOOOO on point! For someone who doesn’t like vegetables, he certainly knows how to make them well!

Can you believe I have YET to make cauliflower rice!?

  9. I love that it’s “holding a baby” I thought it was “having a baby” at first glance, on your list of hard things lol
I really love using cauliflower to make substitutions… one of my favorites was cauliflower wings! Yummy!

  10. I’ve never made a smoothie nor had more than a taste of one. Probably because of the way I see them made at fast food places. I’m sure yours is quite good.

I make cauliflower all the time, usually steamed in Asian dishes.

It sure would be nice to win a trip to an exotic location!!

    • Honestly Dr J… This may be my 3rd or 4th smoothie I have ever made in my life because I would much prefer to eat solid foods… However, this was pretty dang tasty and with the cauliflower added in there… It feels like a dessert… Like ice cream 😉

  11. I love smoothies! Looks like a fun one to try!

  12. I feel the exact same way about holiday a baby! My sister just had one and I don’t know what to do with him lol.

Interesting using cauliflower in the smoothie! I’ve never seen that before. I’ll have to try it!

  13. Wow cauliflower and pumpkin is a combo I never would have thought of! How creative :) I love cauliflower roasted simply really it’s my favorite way to eat it. Those are all very challenging except the baby it just comes naturally you will see one day! :)

    • Oh roasted cauliflower — SO SO SO good, and now… I want some! LOL!
And hmmmmm I am not so sure about the baby holding talent 😉

  14. What the fuck bruhhhhhh???? How cray-cray is this?! I mean, really. You are so creative! I’d really love to try this because I generally have cauliflower in stir-fries, curries and just in savory dishes. Yummy and all, but this would be a great switch!

Oh and I wouldn’t even bother with driving to Santa Monica. I’d probably die in the middle of the freeway!

    • THIS COMMENT MADE ME LOL so hard!!! Hearing you say FUCK BRUHHH in my brain is hysterical!!! Next time we meet up, I am bringing you this smoothie 😉

  15. woah cauliflower in smoothie!? Life just got way more interesting, and delicious! :)

  16. My little one loves smoothies. This is a great way to sneak in some veggies without her knowing. Thanks for sharing! Will be giving this a try.

  17. My smoothies have been with frozen spinach and frozen peaches. I also add flax meal and matcha

  18. [email protected] says:

Like your smoothie and the shirt. very creative use of ingredients. I made dinner for someone once nice one to, they decided they wanted a smoothie instead well me being so understanding I took their portions and threw it in a blender and made meatloaf surprise smoothie. Needless to say I dined alone that night. Ahhh that picture with the baby AKA “it” was cute :) Interesting hotel accommodations. :)

    • LMFAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS MADE ME LAUGH SO HARD!! I would do the EXACT same thing! EXACT lol!!!!
(Oh and that wasn’t a hotel, that was my sister’s house – LOL… It’s her kid!)

  19. I have been making smoothies every morning for about 3 years now. Mostly I add all the mixed greens I can fit, banana, and top it off with frozen berries. I have not thought of using cauliflower. May have to try one day.

  20. That actually looks tasty even though some of the ingredients are a bit like “Mmm, what?!”, but I am actually interested in trying this out.
PS. I am a dietitian too… so I totally get it.

    • Right?! This recipe is a bit of a head scratcher, but I love getting people scratching their heads… I mean, a good head scratch feels good TOO right?!?!

  21. I am totally going home to try this RIGHT now. Looks AWESOME.

  22. Wow, this recipe sounds so interesting especially with the cauliflower! I’ve never had pumpkin in a smoothie either but would like to try that. I usually put fruits like strawberry or banana, and sometimes spinach in my smoothie recipes.

    • Well now… You can also add cauliflower to that combo! It won’t really lend too much of a flavor – more just an awesome THICKNESS 😀

  23. I just got my teen boy on the smoothie bandwagon, and it looks like I’ve hooked him! We’ll have to try this. Looks amazing:) Thanks.

  24. YUM! This looks amazing! So my kind of smoothie:)

  25. Cauliflower in a smoothie is such a unique idea! I’d totally try it, though! Sounds yummy!

Also, I was JUST like you when I first held my first nephew! There’s a picture of me with him as an infant where I’m holding him at a full arm’s length away, haha! It gets easier with time. 😉

    • RIGHT?!?!?! WHAT ON EARTH is it… Is what I said when I was holding my sister’s kid… I haven’t seen it since I met it at 1 week old. I wonder how I would handle it now…

  26. Very interesting. I love your enthusiasm and I will have to try it.

  27. Yum going to try this! thanks

  28. I’m all about the balls!!!! :) I vote for you of course. I go no further! I have not won any trip. Challenging – what isn’t these days! :)

  29. Elizabeth O. says:

Absolutely love smoothies! But I’ve never made one with cauliflower in it. I sure would love to try!

  30. Cauliflower in a smoothie? Meh why not! Funny enough I am just about to go make one, was gonna before reading your post! Bought something new: hemp protein powder? Love the baby pic! I took one of a friend holding a baby this xmas which looked about the same lol. Same thing with the ‘it’

  31. Cauliflower and pumpkin, interesting!
Cauliflower smoothies in our house were started by A when she was 5 I think, she wanted me to turn her purple cauliflower turned into a pretty smoothie.
Hmm challenging me right now, life! My blog and trying to get all of life taken care of but fulfilling all that ambition in my head.
Smoothie…. definitely cashews, chocolate, coffee… and whatever else falls in the blender while I’m dancing in the kitchen whipping it up!
Thank you for linking up for Meatless Monday!

    • Cashews,Chocolate & Coffee – WHAT A FRIGGIN’ AWESOME combo!!! 😛
And yeah, life can certainly be difficult… That being said, I know you have to power to take any challenges and conquer them!! SHOW THEM WHO’S BOSS 😛
Now go make a purple SMOOTHIE – I am sure A would appreciate one 😉

  32. Wow I never would’ve put this together. What a really fun and different combination. Going to give this a try this week!

    • I went into my pantry and fridge and was like OKAY – WHAT CAN and SHOULD I get rid of… TO make more space for MORE FOOD! LOL!

  33. Caulicokin…what an interesting word, haha! That smoothie looks awesome but this entire time reading your post, I’ve been trying to figure out what your tank says 😛 !

    • Ha! You should have seen the process of me creating this word – LOL! There were lots of other ideas I came up with… HA HA HA! They were far weirder than this one!

And DNB = Do Nothing Bitch. HA HA HA! So I am NOT one 😉

  34. Super fun post and video. I love pumpkin smoothies they are rich and so satisfying.

  35. Ha ha, love that pic of you holding the baby! That smoothie sounds fabulous! I love that you added cauliflower; I never would’ve thought to do that!! The cake balls sounds amazing too. Yum!

  36. Cauliflower= genius. Pumpkin= duh! This shake is right up my alley these days with the no dairy fairy gracing my presence. I think, no I KNOW you’ll win.

    • The cauliflower makes this shake THICK like there is dairy in it.. And you don’t have to use FULL FAT coconut milk either…. As some people have a problem with that!

  37. Looks yummy! I should take a stab at making this smoothie at home. :)

  38. Cauliflower in a smoothie eh? Right, that’s on the list.

And why shouldn’t you use your hands instead of a spoon? I often do, well, when Lynne’s not watching anyway…….

  39. Great you created this. Looks kinda thick.

  40. Cauliflower in a smoothie?! You might be out of your damn mind. BUT I would totally give it a try. :)

  41. The smoothie looks amazing! I’m always looking for new vegan recipes. I’ll try this one tonight thanks :)

  42. Lol, this made me laugh a lot. And I would have never thought about putting cauliflower in well, almost anything because I don’t really love it but I bet it would thicken up nicely.

    • You cannot taste it at all in this recipe, so if you want to incorporate that healthy veg… Then this is the way to do it!

  43. I’ve never thought to put frozen cauliflower in a smoothie before. Could you taste it?

  44. Yum! This made my mouth water through my laughter.
And I love cauliflower, so, trying this!

  45. Waooo.. Smoothie!!! I love smoothies too much. Thanks for sharing the post.

  46. Wait…what?! Cauliflower? Pumpkin? CAKE BALLS? This is crazy and perfect in every way!

  47. OK, I live under a rock, I know: I had to Google DNB. Anyway, super smoothie! Fun video! And I can’t remember the last time I read a food blog where anyone used “foreshadowing.” :-) Really good read — thanks.

    • Ha Ha Ha! I totally told myself to reference it in the video but I didn’t – LOL!!! OHHH well, 😉

And bah ha ha ha! I like to be a little different than the rest of the Food Blog Pack…

  48. So awesome you teamed up with Hurry the Food Up! I love those guys.
Haha you WOULD put frozen cauliflower in a blender and call it a day. You’re crazy – thats why i love ya!!

    • They’re pretty awesome over there at Hurry Up The Food but when it comes to smoothies… Well, we know who won that battle – he he he!

And you know me WAY too well – 😉

  49. My husband loves smoothies – I’ll have to try this recipe out on him! :)

  50. This looks really good – we love healthy options!

  51. Blender you say? for me it would be anything fruity!

  52. Love smoothies– I’ve never put cauliflower in one!! So intrigued!

  53. It’s hard to make a green smoothie look good! Your recipe sounds yummy :)

  54. I prefer my cauliflower roasted, but I’m willing to give yours a shot.

My current favorite smoothies include the usual fruit conglomeration and an oatmeal-cranberry smoothie that works very well as a meal replacement.

I’ve not won a trip anywhere but I’ve been a few places.

The most challenging thing for me is to NOT eat. I am always eating.

    • Ah ha ha ha ha aha h! OMG I forgot to put that one of the most challenging things for me is–
To NOT eat 10 pounds of salmon in one sitting! lol

  55. Hahahaha! You are too funny. All right, the idea of raw cauliflower (and I love cauliflower) in a smoothie doesn’t do it for me. But then I saw the end product and you didn’t make any faces that made me think that you weren’t telling the truth while you ate it with a spoon. ? Now I’ve got to try this recipe of yours. Howie might have some competition.

    • This is frozen cauliflower, I feel like that makes it a bit different, it’s a different consistency, so it blends REALLY well – don’t knock it off the list just yet. HA!

And you know me – I ALWAYS tell the truth, ALWAYS! If it wasn’t good… You bet your Aunt Sally I would have say AWWWW GROSS, let Hurry Up The Food WIN! lol!

  56. I love your food photos Gigi! And I love your totally toned arms even more. Tell me how to get them Puh-leez!!! :)

    • 😉 Well I am beyond flattered over here… My pythons thank you – ha ha! I honestly believe that it’s really all about the clean eating, but at the same time I have to give Pilates credit as well! Oh and then I have to thank my mom and dad for their genetics! ha ah ah! I remember when I was younger, I had GUNS…. And the boys would make fun of me – well now… I can kick their butts! ha!

  57. If I am challenged to a smoothie off, I’d thrown in bananas! You could never go wrong with bananas haha

  58. Now why haven’t I ever thought of adding cauliflower to a smoothie? Awesome idea!

    • Right?!?!! So smart! Ha! I have this frozen cauliflower in my freezer and I wanted to get rid of it… So BAM! 😉

  59. Rawlins, WY? I’d be working hard on this!

  60. This is such a cute and funny post! Never thought about adding cauliflower before!

  61. Califllower is such a unique ingredient to add but I can understand now why! Great idea! And it looks yummi!

  62. Ooh love this creation! Healthy and looks amazing. You need you own show-hilarious! Thanks for linking up to #tastytuesdays x

  63. I’m not really a fan of smoothies. I’ll take my food unblended.

  64. Monroe Bishop says:

What a hilariously fun post! I’m smoothie fanatic as well and mine usually look awful yet taste amazing! Never thought I’d cauliflower but why not!! 😂😂

  65. I started off thinking cauliflower in a smoothie, is this women totally insane and ending up thinking that this sounds intriguing and worth trying.

    • Oh you HAVE to try it Teresa… However…. I am kind of insane, but not when it comes to cauliflower in a smoothie!

  66. haha you’re so cute and fun, i just want to hang out with you for a day, mmmkay? come to NYC. :) i love smoothies and don’t make them nearly enough, so good reminder to start doing that. never ever thought to put cauliflower into one though! i usually only eat that plain, baked with some spices (or at Whole Foods b/c they make EVERYTHING better). hmmm what would i put into a smoothie…prob the usual things, almond milk and berries and banana, ya know, tried and trues. i should try one with pumpkin soon (love that orange goodness). PS you ARMS. so good.

    • You’re allowed to hang out with me all day every day – My door is OPEN YO!! However…… I may have you do 20 push ups before entering?? 😉

  67. Haha this one really got me LOL “Driving to Santa Monica, California from Hollywood, at 5:15pm” to quote!!!
    Have a great weekend!

  68. What an interesting smoothie. I would def. try it!

  69. Wow, I normally skip over pumpkin but this looks like a total game changer. Thank you for posting this I am going to be adventurous and give it a go.

  70. I don’t know if I would have ever thought to add these ingredients together – but it sounds and looks delicious! Yummy!! Thanks for sharing.

  71. Thank for for posting this, I normally pass by the pumpkin when I am in the grocery store. I am going to be adventurous and give it a go.

  72. ROFL! YOur comments about your food photography just made my day. The smoothie looks yummy, thanks for sharing! :)

    • But seriously…. Food photography is harder than…. Well, everything I listed in this blog post for sure! ha ha!

  73. Sounds yummy Pumpkin Smoothie! I wanna try it out because I’ve never tried it.

  74. Not the Wyoming State Penn! I always swore I’d never go back there. I don’t actually drink smoothies, but I do have a blender. Is that normal?

    • It’s very normal! I actually don’t drink smoothies either, AT ALL! But I mean, I couldn’t turn down this challenge, that’s so not my nature!

  75. Cauliflower in a smoothie?? Never thought of that before but now I’m dying to try it! I love cauliflower rice, and I make cauliflower patties for burgers, so I am totally open to the idea of making it in a smoothie.

    • Cauliflower patties sound PRETTY AWESOME… So um, now you have to put it in a smoothie – Cauliflower is like a chameleon! :)

  76. Awesome smoothie, looks great! Frozen bananas are always in my smoothies, maybe some ginger, and peanut powder.

  77. I laughed my way through this post…awesome! Your smoothie is incredibly intriguing. I love sneaking veggies into food/drinks in unconventional ways. I do love cauliflower, but I’ve never once considering putting it in a smoothie. However, you have convinced me to give it a shot!

    • I am glad I could get you laughing a little bit 😉 Laughing is my favorite thing to so for sure, second thing I love to do is sneak veggies in my foods/drinks 😉

So will you be making a cauliflower smoothie this weekend?

  78. Cauliflower in a smoothie? I’ll have to give that bad boy a try! I’ll also take a dozen cake balls, cause I like cake… and balls… but only if they’re made of cake.

    • Yes, that BAD BOY is SO GOOD 😉
Oh and imagine if… Balls actually tasted like cake – LMFAO! Ok, that was a bit extreme but hey, it’s ME talking!

  79. I cook with cauliflower a lot, but I’ve never put it in a smoothie! I usually roast it. Lately I’ve been eating lots of cauliflower ‘steaks’.

    • I have seen those on a lot of blogs – I wouldn’t recommend roasting the cauliflower before putting it in a smoothie, lol, but frozen is perfection :)

  80. So happy I was invited to the gun show (yeah, you know what photo I’m talking ’bout). Hurry the Food Up’s recipe looked delish BUT you’re my food blog bestie so I have to pick you, plus I’m super intrigued about the use of cauliflower in it. I was so psyched that you guys were giving away a trip to Rawlins, Wyoming ‘cos that place is on my bucket list, but then you retracted it. Now I’ll have to go start a GoFundMe to help fund this once-in-a-lifetime trip and people can help me realize my dream.

    • Girl, you’re ALWAYS invited to the GUN SHOW… I mean, you’re my food blogging bestie after all!

Also, if you REALLY want to hit up Rawlins…. I’ll take you with me. It was tough to convince the tour guides to make this happen, but… I sweet talked them 😉

  81. I have been loving smoothies lately !! Fruit ones are my favorite.

  82. A smoothie off! What a fun concept and yours looks amazing. I have never tried cauliflower in a smoothie but will try it now. Those cake balls sound great too!

    • Oh the cake balls …. Oh the cauliflower… Everything about this combo is just so good… And I am totally being bias LOL!

  83. Cauliflower in a smoothie?!?!?!? Girlfriend – now that’s a smoothie win for sure! Only ..ssshhhh…. don’t tell Hurry Up The Food Up I said that! :) Yes I read their blog quite often – so I’m off to see what they concocted…

    • HA HA HA HA I won’t tell – I just read your comment over there and I love how you subtly say that I TOTALLY WIN! 😉

  84. Foreshadowing what the food looks like once it has passed my digestive system – I like that analogy ;). Because especially this time of the year – hello, lack of sunshine – most of my food ends up looking. .. less appetizing in pictures.
Cauliflower is a magical ingredient, isn’t it? I’m not even all that weirded out by the idea of it in a smoothie – proof that I’ve been around bloggers for [too?] long. I’ve been all about mashed cauliflower this week. As much as I like potatoes they do weigh you down more than cauliflower. Apparently it’s challenging for myself to keep comments short and sweet …

    • Right? Cauliflower is seriously a chameleon! You better be trying cauliflower in a smoothie this weekend and letting me know your thoughts!

  85. Cauliflower and pumpkin in a smoothie is an interesting idea, but you won’t have long term success with it. Those cookies won’t save your butt either. I admit, I was stunned by your creation in the beginning, but it lost it’s magic pretty quickly.

    • No long term success? WHAT ON EARTH ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?! lol! And those cookies are the healthiest thing you could ever put in your body. You’re just “butt hurt” that you’re losing – HA HA HA H HA AHA H!!

  86. You’re really pretty :)

    Dajana | https://dajanaerd.wordpress.com

  87. Never heard of cauliflower as a ingredient to smoothie. :) I don’t know! I will add one day:)
    Your post is cool.

  88. I _love_ your idea of califlower in smoothies! Have you tried the cauliflower rice yet? So awesome!

  89. Oh my gosh, I love all the ingredients in this delectable deliciousness! Very creative, GiGi!!
I usually throw in berries, protein powder, banana, goji berries, hemp seed, flax seed and fish oil. I’m definitely ready for a change.
I make cauliflower rice a lot and I love it roasted with Indian spices. Great post!!

  90. I just saw this smoothie on Howie’s blog and it looks amazing!! I love the idea of cauliflower in a smoothie! Can’t wait to give it a try. And the baby burrito looks sooo cute. 😉

    • HA HA! YES! I am thrilled you saw it on Howie’s blog and thought it looked amazing, perhaps you believe I am to be the winner? LOL!
DO tell me what you think when you try it! :)

  91. I love that it has cauliflower and pumpkin!!

  92. Did someone just say cauliflower in a smoothie. That is enough for me to look up and take notice. This looks like a delicious smoothie! I have to try it.

  93. This is hilarious! I love it. And the cake balls…mmmmmmm.

  94. gotta try this protein powder! sounds interesting!

  95. Cauliflower?! Well, that’s a new one! Looks delicious though!!

  96. Cauliflower in a smoothie? Now that is something I’ve never tried!

And I had to laugh at that comment about driving at 5:15… The traffic in the LA area is pure insanityyyyy!

    • Girl, yes – traffic can be ridiculous but I have lived in LA long enough to know that I should NEVER EVER drive anytime between 4:30pm & 7pm! ha ha!

  97. Oh wow, this looks amazing. I love eating clean and always feel so good when I do. Fab post x

  98. Yum! I love to try new smoothie recipes. Thank you for sharing your healthy and delicious Zesty Caulicokin Smoothie recipe with us at the Healthy, Happy, Green & Natural Party! I’m pinning and sharing this wonderful post!

  99. Hi GiGi,

  100. Hm… I never would have thought to put cauliflower in a smoothie, but it sounds like a good idea to me! :) Thanks so much for sharing this at Savoring Saturdays! Your recipes are always so much fun. 😉

  101. Thanks for pinning this on The Pinterest Game, Smoothies are really the best, I cannot wait to try this one.

  102. hahaha, I love how “holding a baby” is the last one on there. 😛

That smoothie looks good! :] I haven’t gotten sick of pumpkin yet, so I will have to try it! <3 coconut milk, and yay for throwing in past recipes! 😛

  103. I have to try this smoothie. I love adding cauliflower. I feel like a super hero …well sorta when I cook and hide cauliflower in my snacks because it’s so good for you and it doesn’t taste like I’m eating veggies. It’s freeeeeeeeezing cold today in CT, so I may branch out and try baking those cake balls. Wish me luck.

  104. Very interesting combo. I would never have put pumpkin and cauliflower together. Love your pictures! Thank you for sharing on the Faith Filled Parenting LinkUp! I hope you will join us again this week.

  105. Wow – this sounds very different but a smoothie I may actually like!

    • The cauliflower MAKES THIS recipe what it is!!! It lends an amazing thickness that really is the way back to kick a smoothie UP another notch!
