Since I am SURE you’re all starting to feel some withdrawals from not being FRIED by the summer’s heat as the weather starts to transition from summer to fall…
And for the sake of this post and my “pun”, just jump on the imagination train (that the temperatures have cooled where you live) with me if the weather where you live hasn’t quite gotten the memo that fall is pretty much here now.
I am going to do you a favor and… FRY YOU right now.
However, you don’t need to whip out the sunscreen for this fry-sesh.
In fact… Don’t even think about sunscreen because that would be hands down gross if you included it… And poisonous.
Thankfully the actual frying I am about to do to you, is not poisonous, well unless of course, you’re allergic to the ingredients included in this sizzle-fest.
Honestly, if you’re allergic to avocados (which is one of the ingredients)… Then hot damn, I will host a pity party for you because those green dino eggs are…
The air-fryer of the food world… IE: AWESOME!
Speaking of air fryers… Yep, I am talking about air fryers, AGAIN… THAT is how I am going to fry you!
Okay… I will quit talking in puns because that can get downright confusing.
Confusing is actually a great word to describe the recipe I am about to throw… Into your mouth though too.
Avocado Fries.
It seems as if this new food creation (I wonder if it will turn into the avocado toast obsession) has been falling into popularity much like the leaves are starting to fall from the trees…
Yet, I have never been able to really try them because they tend to always be made with some sort of flour I cannot consume.
UNTIL NOW.
Also, I decided to take this frying to a WHOLE OTHER LEVEL… And make SWEET AVOCADO FRIES as well… Because, not going to lie, the little alien kicking around in my uterus is diggin’ sweets lately and I have made sweet avocado recipes in the past that have never failed my palette.

AVOCADO FRIES
**I realize these avocado fries look really forking gross, but you can’t judge a book by its cover. So give em a go first… THEN make your decisions about them.**
- 2 Whole Avocados
- 1 Egg (into a third bowl)
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour (divided into two bowls)
- 1/4 Cup Tapioca Flour (divided into two bowls)
- Savory Herbs & Spices of your liking (in one bowl)
- 1/8 Cup Swerve/Erythritol (into the bowl without the savory herbs and spices)
- Sugar-Free Ketchup and/or ChocZero Syrup (optional but recommended)
