I would like to STUFF YOU with some breakfast STUFFED sausages!
Here’s What You Need To Get Stuffed:
- 2 US Wellness Meats Polish Sausage Links
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
- 3 OZ Cauliflower, chopped
- 5 OZ Red Onion, sliced
- 3 OZ Summer Squash, cubed
- 1 TBSP Vegetable Broth
- As much BLACKENING seasoning as you’d like!
- Egglife Wraps, optional
- Salsa, guacamole, avocado, parsley, etc, optional
How To Make This Recipe:
- Saute the onions, cauliflower, summer squash, and vegetable broth with the avocado oil until cooked through.
- Add both eggs and the blackening seasoning.
- Combine all of the ingredients.
- While the vegetable hash combination is cooking, grill up the sausages (they’re already cooked through so you don’t have to boil them first).
- To plate, place the egglife wraps on a plate and place the sausages on top of them.
- Slice the sausages lengthwise (not cutting them all the way through) and “stuff” them with the vegetable mixture.
- Top the vegetable mixture with salsa, guacamole, parsley; really any topping of your choosing.
