I would like to STUFF YOU with some breakfast STUFFED sausages!

How To Make This Recipe

  1. Saute the onions, cauliflower, summer squash, and vegetable broth with the avocado oil until cooked through.
  2. Add both eggs and the blackening seasoning.
  3. Combine all of the ingredients.
  4. While the vegetable hash combination is cooking, grill up the sausages (they’re already cooked through so you don’t have to boil them first).
  5. To plate, place the egglife wraps on a plate and place the sausages on top of them.
  6. Slice the sausages lengthwise (not cutting them all the way through) and “stuff” them with the vegetable mixture.
  7. Top the vegetable mixture with salsa, guacamole, parsley; really any topping of your choosing.
