Now while I certainly believe it to be a true statement in regards to comparing oneself to others…
Which is why I don’t do it… And neither should you…
When it comes to comparing the looks of my creations prompted by my wanting to make unhealthy treats, healthy…

This quote does NOT ring true whatsoever.
In fact… Comparison actually brings me so much joy when I makeover junk foods to make them nutritious because… Well, sometimes… They turn into epic fails (in terms of how they look) and personally…
I FIND THIS TYPE OF FAILING HILARIOUS!
For instance… Take this week’s recipe I am about to share with you.
I was inclined to recreate an ice cream treat that my husband dubbed “the best ice cream he has ever had in his entire life”…
However… I thought it would be OH SO GENIUS to try to make it over using my cauliflower ice cream recipe, a ketogenic cereal that’s trying too hard to be Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and my own (fat bomb) recipe for Teddy Grahams…
……….
Well AS YOU CAN SEE from the photos… My version of this creamy treat is TOTALLY TWINNING with the version from the ice cream parlor… Don’t you see the UNCANNY RESEMBLANCE?!
Sarcasm. Please read that last sentence with sarcasm.
Yes. My version looks less attractive than what I have seen in my son’s diaper… And I find it absolutely HYSTERICAL!
I mean… Did you notice how I legit TRIED to give this pile of shit a glamour photo shoot?!
This all being said… The real question becomes… HOW DOES IT TASTE?!

WANNABE CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH ICE CREAM
WITH FAT BOMB CINNAMON TEDDY GRAHAMS & CHOCOLATE SAUCE
For Ice Cream Base:
- Cauliflower Ice Cream Recipe OR Coconut Milk Ice Cream Recipe (don’t add peppermint)
- 1/3 Cup Catalina Crunch (if you want to invest in it) OR 1/3 Cup Cinnamon Teddy Graham Fat Bombs (see below)**
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
**You could also use other keto-approved cereals/or cereals in general if you don’t eat keto
For Cinnamon Teddy Graham Fat Bombs:
- 1/3 Cup Erythritol
- 2 Tbs Coconut Flour
- 1 1/4 Tbs Coconut Butter
- 1 Tbs Collagen Powder
- 15 – 20 Drops Vanilla Extract
