What came first… The blog post or the video?
Welp, today… The video!
Now after watching THAT recipe video… You may believe me to be either/or…
A. Slightly bonkers.

B. Absolutely brilliant.

Regardless of whether or not you think I need to be thrown into a looney bin or awarded a Nobel Prize for my concoction… I am here (until I get a knock on my door by a few psychiatric nurses) to encourage you to create this dish that seems wildly bewildering but equally as intriguing because… Well…
It’s UNEGGSPECTEDLY EGGCEPTIONAL!

Common, I’m pretty positive you’ve all had egg salad before.

Sure, that egg salad may have been comprised of eggs, chives, mayonnaise, mustard, celery, lemon, and dill…
Not… Eggs, vanilla, coconut milk, sweetener, sugar-free sprinkles, and Lily’s sugar-free chocolate chips…

But… Isn’t every EGGSTRAORDINARY mind… Just a tad bit… “Cracked”?

EGGCELLENT point, no?

Now you go and scroll back up to the beginning of this blog post and re-watch my latest YouTube video to further convince yourself that you must try this dish out. I myself just got a **knock on the door**… I know exactly what I will be serving these unexpected house guests…
