I’m pretty sure you’re trying to figure out how to get and stay toasty these days since it’s starting to get nice and cold outside (even here in Los Angeles). Well… I have a way for you to get warmer… And all it takes is YOU LOAFING AROUND!
When you hear “loafing around”… You might be thinking of your thick oversized (Star Wars-themed?) Snuggie that comes equipped with a (Storm Trooper?) hood, fuzzy neon pink and purple (Unicorn) slippers, a warm cup of (I’d hope sugar-free) hot cocoa or sugar cookie sleigh ride tea by Celestial Seasonings (cause tis’ the FORKING season people!), and a roaring (yet controlled in your fireplace) fire that resembles a mini bonfire (or maybe you just lit some pine-scented Yankee Candles?).

Although perhaps you’re wondering why I said THANKFULLY in the above sentence… Because that description ACTUALLY sounds pretty friggin’ wonderful and conceivably accurate?
Okay, so what I REALLY mean when I say you need to LOAF AROUND in order to stay warm during the cooler months is… You need… You need to make some BREAD… But not just any bread… My SECRET INGREDIENTÂ keto-approved flatbread… I have created for all of you that goes against the grain! Dare I call it the “upper crust”… Har Har!
And guess what? Your uniform for making said bread… What I listed above, so throw on your house cape, strap on your fluffy footgasmic booties and head to your closest grocery store to pick up any of the ingredients you may need for this recipe (yes, in your bread-making attire cause who gives a FORK?!)…
Or you can simply order the groceries necessary for the recipe if you already started your cozy fire (oh and if you don’t have a cozy holiday tea already in your pantry, I highly advise you order or pick up one of those as well, because as I mentioned, it’s mandatory for making this recipe)!
You very well may crumble for this recipe, just like it will crumble for you as you sink your teeth into it while loafing on your cozy couch!
GETTIN’ TOASTY WITH THIS KETO CAULIFLOWER BREAD
- 1 Bag of Riced Cauliflower (7.2 Ounces), I used Fullgreen riced cauliflower
- 2 Eggs
- 6 Tbs Coconut Flour
- 1 Tbs Garlic Powder, and any other herbs and spices you’d like (I added Everything Bagel Spice to mine) depending on what you plan on doing with this bread (if you want to use it for a sweet recipe, I advise you to not add any herbs or spices)
