Feeling like a friggin’ genius over here!
Want to know why?!
WELL… I have CRACKED THE CODE to making GRAHAM CRACKERS that are free from sugar, dairy, wheat, gluten, soy, nuts, and fruit… Not that fruit was ever used to make those Honey Maids or Nabiscos you probably have memories of using as the “bread” to sandwich marshmallows and chocolate together… You know, s’ mores… But there are some interesting recipes on the Internet that actually incorporate fruit into the mix.
I’m looking at you DATES.
Okay, wait a hot minute… I just used the all mightly Googleator to make sure that my claim is correct and well, it seems as though coconut is a “drupe”… Which is a “stone fruit”… So shit, I guess I have to take back my declaration that fruit is not part of my graham cracker recipe equation.
You heard it here FIRST (if you’ve never looked it up before)… Coconut is a fruit!
While that information may come as a shock to you, considering NUT is in its’ name… So you might assume that coconuts are actually nuts… Prepare to be even more… What are the kids saying these days… SHOOK… Because I am about to FEED YOU brilliance!
