I’m obsessed with my boobs.
Now that might be an odd statement coming from a new mother… Considering WE ALL KNOW (yes even you dudes reading this) what happens to boobs when women become mothers…
The reason for my own boob obsession at the moment though is because well… Even though I stated in a previous post how much I hate breastfeeding and pumping, I am still trying to do the ladder (even though I mentioned quitting) in order to satisfy my son’s ravenous appetite.

The saying, “like mother, like son” could not be more true…
I have also continued to PUMP the tit juice because to be completely honest, I am so terrified of… Getting mastitis again!
In fact, as I write this post… I am squeezing the sauce outta me. It’s really a glorious time.
I hope you sensed the sarcasm in that last sentence.
That being said, after consuming the recipe that I am about to share with all of you, pumping just got a little more exciting because, well, I officially feel like a running faucet!
Now, while I certainly don’t define my self-worth on how much liquid I can “pour” from my jugs each day… It’s pretty neat when you can fill a Venti (20 oz) or Trenta (31 oz)Â cup from Starbucks in one day!
To the gents and ladies who have NEVER experienced what it’s like to “express the tits” on the daily… Those cup sizes may not seem like all that much to fill… But to the ladies who have milked themselves… Do I hear you applauding from afar?

KETO & PALEO APPROVED LACTATION COOKIES
- 3 Whole Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Flax Meal
- 4 Tbs “Keto Hot Breakfast” or 3 Tbs Coconut Flour + 1 Tbs Psyllium Husk
- 1/4 Cup Brewer’s Yeast
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Cup Sweetener of Choice (I used Swerve/Erythritol)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Scoop Primal Kitchen Vanilla-Coconut Collagen Fuel
- Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips (to make nipples, totally optional)
