You’re one of the last three contestants still on the show.
You’re standing next to your opponents, “glistening” from a nervous sweat, as the host of FORKING A FEAST announces the FINAL challenge that will determine who will win the title of…
THE BEST FORKER and a lifetime supply of plastic forks.
“Your challenge today, chefs… ‘THE SECRET ICEBOX!’ As you can see right behind me is a refrigerator. You are only allowed to use the ingredients in this specific refrigerator in order to create your final entree that defines your personality and will determine if you will be named THE BEST FORKER. Oh but wait, there is a catch… What you have to make is a keto burger.”
Then the host says some form of “Allez Cuisine!” in order to instigate that the challenge has commenced, but not that actual phrase becauseThe Food Network could totally sue for plagiarism.
You scurry over to the fridge, pushing, let’s name them… Michael and Chrissy… Out of the way so you can get the first glimpse of the food you’re going to be working with, and hoard all the ingredients YOU want.
Artichoke hearts. Ginger. Mayonaise. Thousand Island dressing. Lemon juice. Erythritol. Chocolate chips. Vanilla protein powder. Sun-dried tomatoes. Mustard. Beef bacon. Eggs. And… Lots of salmon.
Michael seems to be having a minor nervous breakdown while he collects his ingredients.
Chrissy, on the other hand, is basically skipping around the kitchen in delight… And even taps Michael’s ass with a spatula…
As for you… You wipe that sweat attempting to trickle down your forehead away and snatch the salmon, erythritol, protein powder and chocolate chips…
