Let’s Get Naked!

Here’s the NAKED truth.

The Paleo Diet, sure it has its perks, but it’s not flawless. 

The Whole30 approach, again, definitely has some positive attributes but is not 100% ideal. 

The Keto Diet; gotta love the emphasis on eating a low carbohydrate diet, but not everyone thinks this approach is iron-clad either. 

Okay, I think you get the point I am trying to make. 

No diet is perfect. 

Nope. None. 

And because of this… Supplementation is (in my opinion, at least) an important staple everyone should adopt in order to round out their eating regime. 

If you’re unsure as to what I am talking about when I say “supplementation”… What I mean is you should ADD EXTRAS to your diet so as to fill in the gaps you may have thanks to an eating regime that lacks in certain areas. 

Sure, adding extras could be in the form of healthy produce, that is full of vitamins and minerals but even if you do that… You may not be getting a sufficient amount of specific vitamins and minerals that your body needs…

Thus taking a multivitamin is what I really mean when I say ADD EXTRAS!

Now there are ten trillion… Yes, ten trillion, I counted… Multivitamins on the market to choose from… However, I wanted to narrow in on one in particular because I am currently loving it thanks to its NAKED approach. 

And now what I mean by THAT reference is that this specific brand of multivitamin has stripped gluten, wheat, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, fish, and shellfish (IE: allergen-friendly) from its additives… And showcases, in BARE view, everything that’s included in each capsule!

As you can see above, everything is disclosed in plain sight on their label making me that much more confident that I am truly filling any dietary voids I may have! And if you know me, you know that I have a lot of voids that need to be filled on the regular because I had to cut a lot of food groups out of my diet due to food allergies and intolerances as well as autoimmune diseases.

By the way… I have to throw in the fact that Naked Nutrition isn’t just a brand offering up multivitamins.
