PUMPKIN SPICE!
I feel like this is sacrilegious of me!
It seems as if a majority of people in the food space here on the Interwebs starts creating pumpkin spice concoctions…
Right after the 4th of July.
Because you know, these people want to be ahead of the SEO curve.
And rightfully so… Cause tell me, how many of you googled “pumpkin spice” on July 5th, as you pined for the fall season and cooler weather…?
Oh… Just me?
I mean… I really wanted to see if pumpkin spice Yankee candles were on sale yet… So SUE ME!
Anywho… This fall-smell loving “food blogger” brought up pumpkin spice for a reason… Aside from trying to get her blog mixed in with all the popular web searches these days…
Okay… Lets nix third person speech, shall we? I brought up pumpkin spice because… Well, I may have dumped it on something you’d never think to dump it on…
Oh, perhaps you already know where the dumping occurred because you read the title of this blog post?!
Well, I’m just going to sit over here cozied up on the couch as my pumpkin spice candle (that I purchased in July thank you very much) burns… While you digest the video of me making… PUMPKIN SPICED SALMON.
PUMPKIN SPICED SALMON
What you need…
- Salmon (I specifically recommend Whole Foods Atlantic Salmon because it cooks the best in the air-fryer, where I made my pumpkin spice salmon)
- Pumpkin Spice Seasoning
- An Air-Fryer (you can broil the pumpkin spiced salmon in the oven, but the air fryer is far superior!)
- Olive Oil and/or Olive Oil Spray
