Can I just say that I am so insanely honored that The My Rock could take time out of his insanely busy acting schedule… To chat with me about how his body has adapted to eating enough grub for a family of ten every day… AND discuss how pumping the steel four to five times a week has been going.

Reread that… I did not write The Rock (you know, Dwayne, “the Rock” Johnson). I wrote MY Rock. And if you remember, MY Rock (i.e. my husband, Landon) embarked on an “I want to bulk up like The Rock” journey a month ago and as promised, we are here to disclose how the last month has gone.

Landon started this feast on November 1, 2018, and over the course of a little more than a month, he went from 180 pounds (at 6’5″) to 189 pounds (same height people, same height).

I wish I could say that we took body fat measurements… But um, just like the movie Jem and the Holograms (Never heard of it? Yeah, me neither but it’s a movie The Rock was in that completely TANKED), Landon and I FAILED to do so.

Because I want to whet your appetite… Scroll down to see some of the MANY meals (CHEAT DAY AND REGULAR), and their calorie breakdowns, Landon ROCKED over the last month… Remember, Landon had to eat roughly 5-10,000 calories A DAY… So while for any normal individual, one of these meals would constitute a day worth of calories, for Landon… They were only a fraction of the number of calories he needed to scarf down!

  • ANIMAL STYLE FRENCH FRIES = 750 CALORIES
