In all seriousness though, the recipe I have BEAN drooling over since I made it, is pretty dang EGGCELLENT… If I do say so myself… EGGSPECIALLY when it’s paired with… A mojito!

That thought could be EGGSTRA prominent in your mind right now, but my rebuttal would be this: I don’t drink alcohol. Instead, I prefer my “mixed drinks” to be free of the hard stuff and full of health benefits, which is why I turn to Bruno MD’s Ketorex when I want a refreshing virgin beverage!

SALAD NICOISE DEVILED EGGS
- 2 Whole Eggs, hard-boiled
- 1/2 Cup Olives, diced
- 1/3 Cup Green Beans, diced
- 1/2 Cup Ahi Tuna, diced (you can also use canned tuna or salmon if you wish)
- 1 Tsp Anchovies
- 1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Capers, crumbled (optional)
