For The Crust:

  • 3 Bags of Williwaw Salmon Cracklet
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 Tsp Celery Salt

For The Pie Filling:

  • 7 Ounces of Salmon (Farm-Raised and/or Wild Caught)
  • 1 Tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 Tsp Celery Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 Egglife Wraps, optional

How To Make This Recipe:

  1. In a food processor, “shred” the salmon cracklet. Once pureed, add the salmon skin to a bowl and add the eggs, baking soda, Italian seasoning, and celery salt. Mix everything together and then spray a pie pan with non-stick spray and press the crust mixture into a pie pan.
  2. Bake the pie crust for about 10 minutes.
  3. As the crust bakes, combine the salmon, garlic, oil, paprika, celery salt, Italian seasoning, and onion powder in a blender and puree until smooth.
  4. When the crust is done baking, spread the pie filling over the crust.
  5. Cut the Egglife wraps into strips and then arrange how you wish, I made it a criss-cross pattern (this is more for decoration than anything else so this is not a mandatory step).
  6. Bake the pie in the oven for about 10 more minutes.
  7. When done, remove from the oven and feel free to drizzle with more oil if you wish or eat as is!
