Well… If you didn’t catch the hint, it’s a sweet treat… But… But… But… CAULIFLOWER happens to be one of the starring ingredients.

Salted Caramel Faux Rice Pudding
- 1 Pouch Sugar-Free Pudding Mix, I used Simply Delish
- 1 1/4 Cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk, I used So Delicious
- 1 Scoop Salted Caramel MCT Oil Powder, I used HVMN
- 1/3 Cup Riced Cauliflower, I used Full Green
- Sugar-Free Sprinkles, I used The Sprinkle Company
- ChocZero Sugar-Free Caramel Syrup, optional but HIGHLY recommended
