I was bitten by a bug recently and the symptoms of said bug bite have been getting progressively worse.
Before any of you start worrying about me and my wellbeing (because I am sure you are all flustered right now), this bug that sunk its teeth into me…
THE TRAVEL BUG!
You’ve all heard of it, right?
Well, this BUG I speak of… Doesn’t “require” me to buy out Costco’s supply of toilet paper and water… Instead, at the moment, one of the only things I can do is wait and hope it subsides.
People need to start SOBERING UP from their (one too many) CORONAS already… So this girl can remedy her own condition.
In the meantime… I am going to have to ameliorate my travel bug symptoms by… Bringing other countries to me!

SEAFOOD PAELLA USING CAULIFLOWER RICE
Here’s what you NEED (you can order them on Amazon Fresh if you have quarantined yourself?!)
- 2 Bags of Frozen Riced Cauliflower
- 3/4 Cup Green Beans, chopped
- 1 Can of Artichoke Hearts (packed in water), quartered
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, minced
- 1/2 Tomato, minced
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
- 2 – 3 Tbs Olive Oil
- 1 Cup Fish Broth
- 1/2 Pound White Fish, of choice
- 10 to 12 Shrimp
- 1 Cup Squid
- 1/2 Cup Mussels
- 1 1/2 Tbs Paprika
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
