I’m not one to like FLUFF.
Now… There are a lot of different definitions for the word FLUFF (trust me, I looked… YIKES!) so let me clarify the FLUFF I am talking about before you assume things.
The fluff I am referring to… Unnecessary bullshit.
Sorry, no… Not talking about Fluff… That sugar-saturated marshmallow shit that should be eliminated from existence.
And I am certainly not talking about… Fluffing…
To further help you understand what I am talking about:
You know when people describe things… And they add “fluff” to make it sound “better” yet wind up just making it sound even worse… Yep, that’s what I mean when referring to the word FLUFF.
Hmm… You know what? There actually are a lot of foods in this world that contain “fluff” as well…
Yep. They contain UNNECESSARY BULLSHIT too.
So maybe I am talking about Marshmallow Fluff then?
And today’s recipe that I am “passing over” to you (my friend Gina and I made it specifically for her Passover festivities but it really is an every day guilt-free treat)… Eliminates the useless crap that typically lingers within the original recipe.
SUGAR. EGG WHITES. VANILLA EXTRACT. “NATURAL FLAVORS”. CREAM OF TARTAR. SALT.
If you FORKING LOVE all things food… You very well may know what sweet treat we are eliminating the shit from…
And for you who don’t scour ingredients labels like yours truly here…
Gina and I are revamping FLUFFY meringue cookies!
While all the other ingredients are allowed to stay (because this type of cookie contains no chametz; food that is made from grain [barley, oats, rye, spelt, or wheat) and water and has been allowed to rise, something not allowed to be eaten during Passover])…
Fluffy SUGAR… GTFO.
Sure, sugar is generally allowed to be consumed during Passover, however, in MY, everyday life, NOT SO MUCH… And for those who frequent my blog and YouTube channel, you know they’re a sugar-free zone… So let the sugar-free meringue FLUFFING commence!
Wait, what? Fluffing? Yeah. While this recipe contains NO FLUFF… That doesn’t mean it’s not still “FLUFFY”… Because well, meringue cookies would actually ironically enough kind of look like (white) bullshit… If not fluffed.
Perhaps Gina and I should consider ourselves cookie fluffers?
