The phrase “I’ve never met a chocolate I didn’t like”… Really makes me think a lot of people are chocolate sluts.
Quit sticking every type of chocolate in your mouth without getting to know it first.
I myself… Am far more PRUDE when it comes to that insanely addictive sweet and creamy, cocoa obsession (for most) though, and in fact, I actually have to admit…
I. DO. NOT. LIKE. CHOCOLATE.
Nope. Nada. NO THANKS.
That being said… When I think about it……..
I am actually sort of lying (GASP!) when I say I dislike chocolate MORE than I dislike getting my favorite shirt that I am wearing caught in the elevator door and having it rip off as it moves up the shaft, because well, I do recall getting rather SCANDALOUS with those WHITE CHOCOLATE Cookies ‘N’ Cream Hershey’s bars, way back when I could actually PLOW EM into my wide open trap.
But wait a second… Is white chocolate actually chocolate? Why can’t it just be called vanilla? And if this is true should everything vanilla really be labeled white chocolate?! I am just so CONFUSED! Someone educate me on this matter because I have been way too busy researching ways to make my beloved Hershey’s Cookies ‘N’ Cream bar GIGI-APPROVED!
YUP! You can start your swooning… Because YOU READ THAT CORRECTLY. I have been stuck in the laboratory… Otherwise known as my kitchen… Scouring the label of the atrociously unhealthy Hershey’s Cookie’s ‘N’ Cream bar to see how I could healthify the FORK out of it.

Well, no, no, I’m obviously not going to tell you how it turned out here… You’re just going to have to watch the latest GiGi Eats… To see what my friend Emilie and I came up with… AND if it wound up tasting like the real deal as well as something the chocolate sluts would want to get to tonguing!
COPYCAT HERSHEY’S COOKIES AND CREAM BAR
- 6 oz Coconut Butter, melted
- 1 oz Coconut Oil (vanilla flavor if available), melted
- 1/4 c. Coconut Butter
- 1/4 c. Protein Powder (preferably not Sun Warrior, tried it… NOT wonderful)
- 1/4 c. Erythritol
- 1 – 2 tbs Unsweetened Coconut Milk, optional
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. Cookies/Cakes Flavor Extract (if available, if not, more vanilla)
- 2 – 3 tbs Vegan, Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
