So… I published a blog post last week about not publishing blog posts as often or regularly anymore (just the cliff’s notes version if you didn’t read it)… And WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT?! Here I am, POSTING ANOTHER ONE in less than a week’s time.
Perhaps writing last week’s post was the fire under my ass I needed to jump back onto this boat.
Eh. I am actually not a big boat fan (FUN FACT: I am scared of water)… So instead, let’s call this blog of mine a 2022 Lamborghini Urus.
Any who… That’s besides the point.
Although… Have you seen those sexy automobiles?! Sign this girl UP!
What I should REALLY be signed up for though is… A lesson on how to make food look pretty, cause, well… Yeah… I tried to re-create a recipe from WAY BACK WHEN to make it look more like what it is supposed to look like and… Um… You’re just going to have to watch my latest YouTube video to see what the heck happened…
Despite my recipe looking like gyro meat even though it was supposed to be low-carb, sugar-free, churros… It tasted pretty dang delicious, so I am going to share the recipe with you anyway!
